Free Delivery Within the Lower 48 United States
Enjoy free delivery on cabinet orders exceeding $5000 within the contiguous United States. We partner with specialized regional carriers dedicated to shipping cabinets and furniture, ensuring reliable and efficient service tailored to your location and requirements. Our logistics support team will keep you informed about the delivery schedule and the designated carrier for your order.

Preparation for Freight Deliveries
For freight deliveries, it's crucial to inspect and note any discrepancies or visible damage upon receipt. Before signing the Bill of Lading (BOL) or Proof of Delivery receipt:
  • Verify the number of cabinets received against your iCabinets Invoice Order.
  • If any items are missing or damaged, clearly note these issues on the BOL/receipt before signing.

Molding or Toe Kick
If your order includes molding or toe kick, these items will arrive bundled. Ensure that the delivery receipt accurately reflects the number of pallets and bundles shipped. Any missing bundles or pallets must be noted and confirmed by the driver on the BOL/receipt at the time of delivery.

Documenting Shortages and Damage
To facilitate a smooth resolution in case of shortages or damage:
  1. Take photos of any visible damage to packages or items upon delivery.
  2. Reply to your order confirmation email and your iCabinets designer's email with the photos and a description of the issue.
  3. Ensure that shortages or damage are documented on the delivery receipt to expedite replacement or compensation.

Reporting Concealed Damage
If you discover concealed damage within 48 hours of delivery:
  1. Contact us immediately with photos and a description of the damaged item.
  2. Retain all packaging until inspected to rule out concealed damages.

UPS Deliveries
For UPS deliveries, note shortages or visible damage within 24 hours of receipt. Follow the same steps for documenting and reporting as with freight deliveries.

Damaged Items Photo Guidelines
When submitting photos of damaged items, include:
  1. Photo of the damaged item.
  2. Photo of the damaged merchandise inside the original box with packaging.
  3. Photo of the packaging material inside the box.
  4. Close-up of the shipping label with tracking number.
  5. Close-up of the box manufacturer's certificate (if available).
  6. Two photos showing all sides of the package.
  7. Dimensions of the box in the email body.

Order Lead Time
Standard finishes require 2-3 weeks for handling and delivery, while Custom Paint Series finishes may take 6-8 weeks. Additional time may be needed based on location and customization.

Standard Home Delivery Handling
Your order will be delivered via a large 28-foot box truck with lift gate, placed in a secure, dry area accessible to the truck.

Limited and Restricted Delivery Access
