Limited Lifetime Warranty

iCabinets guarantees to the original purchaser, applicable for residential use only, that all cabinets, accessories, hinges, drawers, and system hardware are free from defects in materials and craftsmanship. This warranty remains valid for as long as you own your home, commencing from the date of delivery. It is explicitly limited to the repair or replacement of the defective component as determined by iCabinets, excluding labor for removal or installation. This warranty excludes defects resulting from mishandling, improper storage, incorrect installation, disassembly, intentional damage, product alterations, exposure to elements causing warping or splitting, accidental misuse, abuse, or neglect.

Please note that natural wood variations in texture, color, and grain are expected, and may develop subtle changes with age. For instance, wood joints may exhibit visible cracks over time, and cabinet colors may darken or lighten. Environmental factors like sunlight, smoke, moisture, household cleaners, and other conditions can contribute to material changes such as warping, splitting, or cracking. These natural variations due to environmental exposure are not covered by this warranty. This warranty is not applicable to orders shipped outside the contiguous 48 United States.

Additional Limitations and Disclaimers

iCabinets does not offer any additional warranties beyond those stated herein, and hereby disclaims all other warranties. The implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are limited to the duration of this limited warranty period. These limited warranties are applicable only to the original purchaser and are non-transferable thereafter. iCabinets shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages to the purchaser or any third party, including but not limited to personal injury, lost profits, business opportunities, property loss, economic damages, or statutory/exemplary damages, whether due to negligence, warranty, strict liability, or otherwise. Some states do not permit the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or the duration of implied warranties, so the above limitations and exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty grants you specific legal rights, and you may have additional rights which vary by state.
