Return Policy

At iCabinets, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review your order upon receipt to ensure accuracy and completeness. If you mistakenly ordered a product or have had a change of heart, we offer a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee for your peace of mind. Here are the details of our return policy:

Returns within 30 Days:

1. If you wish to return a product, please notify us within 30 days of receiving your cabinets.
2. The returned product must be in its original packaging and condition.
3. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will issue credit for the product amount, less a 25% restocking fee.

Cancellation Policy:

1. Full credit for an entire order is available if canceled within 30 days of purchase and before shipment.
2. After 30 days, a 10% cancellation fee will be charged.

Authorization Required:

• All return and replacement orders must be authorized by our Customer Service team.

Non-Eligible Returns:

1. Installed products are not eligible for return.
2. Modified products by iCabinets or the installer cannot be returned.
3. Custom modified cabinets, specialty products, power-assisted items, custom accessories, and Custom Collection cabinet colors are non-returnable.

Customer Responsibilities:

1. Customers must inspect the product within 48 hours of receipt and contact iCabinets for return or replacement requests.
2. Customers are responsible for arranging return shipping with a transport carrier and covering the associated costs.
3. Upon our receipt and inspection of the returned cabinets, credit for the product amount (minus the restocking fee) will be issued. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
